We are a member of NVM Business, the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents and Valuers. NVM Business is the leading professional association for agents and valuers active in commercial real estate, including offices, industrial property, retail and investment assets. The organisation represents approximately 930 real estate professionals.

In advising on acquisition and disposal transactions, we follow the guidelines of IVBN, the Dutch Association of Institutional Property Investors. IVBN members include real estate investment companies, listed and unlisted property funds, and real estate asset managers. On behalf of institutional investors such as pension funds, insurers and banks, they manage substantial real estate portfolios.

For transactions involving housing associations, regulation is governed by the Dutch Housing Act (Woningwet), the Decree on Authorised Housing Institutions (BTIV) and related legislation. The Dutch Housing Associations Authority (Autoriteit woningcorporaties) and the Social Housing Guarantee Fund (WSW) supervise housing association transactions. Resi is familiar with these stakeholders and the regulatory framework governing such transactions.
