Burg. Brouwerstraat 21

We assisted Hef Wonen in the sale of 28 care apartments in Zwijndrecht to the local housing association Woonkracht10. The complex is subject to a master lease with Stichting Philadelphia. Hef Wonen is selling the complex because it wants to focus on its core region Rotterdam.

The complex was transferred on October 1, and the transaction involved a transfer of responsibilities.
