Resi provided Synchroon with commercial advice during the development of the Preliminary Design. We supplied the developer with input on a regular basis to ensure the design meets the requirements and preferences of institutional residential investors.

This resulted in strategic guidance and the optimisation of floor plans at both building and unit level. In addition, we prepared a Broker's Opinion of Price setting out the expected proceeds from a sale to an investor.
